ChatSan follows up on quiet leads

If a lead went quiet, ChatSan v1.0 went silent with them. No follow-up. No re-engagement.

ChatSan v2.0 now follows up on its own, in the creator's voice, picking up from where things left off. You set 2 windows: a quick nudge minutes after he goes quiet, and a longer one hours later.

We saw a 25% lift in conversions from this feature alone.

Most of those leads were never gone. They just needed one more message.

New

ChatSan gives each creator a real persona

Before, every conversation felt the same regardless of which creator your fan was talking to. And when a fan asked why she sells or whether she's a bot, the answer fell flat.

ChatSan v2.0 now allows you to set 4 traits for each creator (voice, humor, energy, and emoji use), plus a scenario in her own words across 3 fields: why she is on Telegram, why she sells, and her backstory.

Conversations feel real, leads stay engaged longer, and when a fan doubts, ChatSan reacts in character.

Learn how to configure your creator's voice and traits here.

New

ChatSan keeps track of time

ChatSan v1.0 ran the same at 2am as at 2pm, and had no sense of how long a lead had been gone.

ChatSan v2.0 now tracks both. The hour shapes the tone. The gap since his last message shapes the re-entry. A lead who comes back after 3 days gets a reply that notices he was gone.

That’s one of the details that keeps leads engaged all the way to the sale.

This runs automatically. Just set your creator's timezone so it reads the hour right.
