The lead score is a 0–5 value (rounded to nearest 0.5) that estimates lead quality and conversion potential.

The chatbot uses an AI-based rating system with three main components.

Formula: Quality Γ— 40% + Engagement Γ— 30% + Conversion Γ— 30%
