Why ChatSan doesn't reply?

Here are the reasons why ChatSan doesn’t start to reply or stops replying to a conversation.

Lead didn’t read or didn’t reply

Well it’s obvious but if the lead hasn’t read the last message of ChatSan or has read it but doesn’t want to answer, then ChatSan won’t continue the conversation.

ChatSan will usually bump the conversation a few times if the lead doesn’t reply, and then stop if the lead doesn’t answer.

You can verify if the lead has read the last message in the conversation from the ChatSan conversation history directly.

Conversation reached qualification phase

If the conversation in the conversation table reached the qualification phase, then Chatsan has finished warming up the lead and it is time to hand over to a chatter to close the sale.

You can view your conversation status in the conversation table.

If the conversation is not in qualified phase then read the next possible reason.

The lead is underage

If during the conversation ChatSan find out that the lead is <18 then it stops replying.

You can read conversations by clicking on any conversation line in the conversation table and read the AI summary about the conversation as well as the age on the lead profile card next to the conversation.

If the lead is not underage then read the next possible reason.

Telegram connection

The most common reason why ChatSan may not reply is that your telegram is not connected.

1. Make sure telegram is connected inside the app on your creators page.

The conversation has pre existing conversation history

In order to protect your current spenders on Telegram we have locked ChatSan replies only to new conversations with maximum 30 messages.

If the conversation with a lead has more than 30 messages history when you connect ChatSan, he will not engage the lead to protect your previous relationship with that lead.
