Psychological Phase Identification: The AI automatically categorizes every chat by its current psychological stage, such as Discovery, Relational, or Transition.
Predictive Lead Scoring: Every lead is assigned a score from 0.0 to 5.0, quantifying their potential value so you can prioritize "Whales" over time-wasters.
Lead Dossier: Access granular data for each fan, including their handle, age, and geographic location, which powers the localized Proximity Mapping feature.
